Miku is brewed using locally sourced ‘Koshitanrei’ sake-specific rice. In line with the brewery’s commitment to sustainability, oyster shells (instead of pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides) are employed in the rice cultivation process. Best enjoyed in a white wine glass.
